Beginners Epoxy Workshop: Vase

Dreaming of making your own epoxy product, but not sure where to start? In collaboration with the well-known brand ST.VOL, we have prepared an intensive two-day workshop where we will guide you through the entire process — from a raw piece of wood to a perfectly polished final product. This course is designed for all beginners who would like to try working with modern materials under the supervision of experts. 📅 Dates and registration The course takes place over two Fridays, every other week: Friday, September 25 + October 9, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM 🛠️ What will you learn during the course? 1st FRIDAY: Preparation and pouring: 4 hours Introduction to the material: Basic information about the properties of wood and the specifics of working with epoxy. Preparing the blanks: Working the wood and placing it into silicone moulds, approximately 8–13 cm. Mixing: You will learn the correct ratios and mixing technique using mixers and drills. Pouring: Pouring the moulds, with the opportunity to experiment with pigments and colours. 2nd FRIDAY: Final finishing and details: 4 hours Demoulding: Safely removing the products from the moulds. Processing: Sanding, edge routing, and polishing to a high-gloss finish. Surface treatment: Final oiling with premium oils that preserve the wood and bring out its grain. 📦 What is included in the course price? * wood, epoxy resin, and pigments, * oils and materials for surface finishing, * use of tools, moulds, and workshop equipment, * protective equipment and expert guidance throughout the course, * coffee, tea, and catering.
