Make Your Own Pendant

Service Description

During this 4-hour course, you will create your own pendant from the first design to the final polish. You will enjoy time for creating, working with metal, and take home an original piece of jewellery that carries your personal touch. Under the guidance of an instructor, you will go through the entire making process — from choosing the shape and design, through cutting, filing, sanding, and surface finishing, all the way to the final polish. Before booking, please take a look at the idea gallery and choose the pendant you would like to make during the workshop. Do you have your own idea? We’ll be happy to discuss it with you in advance — feel free to contact us by email or on Instagram so we can see together whether it can be made within the course. The course is also suitable for complete beginners. You don’t need any previous experience — just the desire to try something new, slow down, and create a beautiful personal piece of jewellery with a story. If you would like to work with silver, the price is €8.33/g. The maximum amount is 3 g per piece of jewellery. For jewellery over 3 grams, hallmarking at the Assay Office is required, which means collection one week later and an additional fee of €5. For less expensive metals, we offer the option of coating the jewellery with a professional hypoallergenic lacquer, which helps preserve its beautiful shine for approximately six months to one year. You can also bring your pendant back to the workshop at any time for repolishing or order a new lacquer coating. The course price includes: materials, coffee or tea, a small snack, a steel chain, and all the necessary tools. You can work with brass, nickel silver, or copper in unlimited quantities.
