I have completed 5 years of study at two jewelry schools, but my greatest teacher has been everyday practice and the past year of intensive teaching. I’ve encountered dozens of mistakes and problems that my students and I successfully worked through together. Thanks to this, I now know exactly where metal tends to “get stuck,” why solder doesn’t flow, and how to guide you through these moments without the frustration I once experienced myself in school.
In my courses, I will teach you that jewelry making is about patience and "slowing down." My first Byzantine chain took 16 hours of work—from wire drawing to polishing. Today, I pass that experience on to you.
During the course, I will guide you through the hands-on practice, teach you how to think about the material, and watch over your every step. You’ll head home not only with a handcrafted piece of jewelry you can be proud of but also with the feeling that you’ve mastered a traditional craft.

My journey into carpentry began 8 years ago in America. From building simple birdhouses, I gradually worked my way up to solid wood furniture and complex laminates, even working on boat interiors in the Caribbean.
Thanks to experience from three continents, I now know exactly what a beginner needs to “figure out” at the start so that the craft excites rather than discourages them. I still vividly remember my own beginnings, which is why at MSBA I guide you through hands-on practice without unnecessary talk.
My goal is to pass on practical tricks from around the world and teach you how to think about wood in a way that allows you to leave the workshop with confidence and the joy of a job well done.
